Here is a sample clip of our Live video transmission (The ChaserView Software over BGAN network). Note that the reporter is using an offshelf NETBOOK equipped with webcam and attched to Explorer-500. The reporter is transmitting from Gulu, Uganda in Africa to a desktop PC in Oklahoma City, OK in USA. The delay is about 1-2 seconds between BGAN and the receive station.

No extra hardware and no complexities of taking harward based encoders and decoders.
